JANESVILLE, WI – The North American Hockey League (NAHL) today released the 2018-2019 schedules for its 24 member clubs.

The Janesville Jets will open their 10th season of NAHL play at home against the Kenai River Brown Bears on Friday, September 14th. All Jets home games will begin at 7:05 PM (Central Standard Time).
The 16th annual NAHL Showcase will be held from Wednesday, September 19th through Saturday, September 22nd in Blaine, Minnesota, at the Schwan Super Rink.
Of the Jets’ 28 home games, 15 fall on Fridays and 12 on Saturdays, with one Thursday night in March.
Aside from the NAHL Showcase schedule, the Jets’ only interdivisional opponent this year is the Minnesota Wilderness. Familiar foes from the Central, the Brookings Blizzard and the Austin Bruins, do not appear on the schedule this year.

Janesville will make two trips to Alaska for series against the Brown Bears and the Ice Dogs. The first trip comes in October, and the second in March.
The longest road stretch begins with the second Alaska trip. Starting March 8 against the Brown Bears, the Jets play seven straight road games, wrapping up with a two-game set in Richfield, Minnesota, after the return to the lower 48.
The longest home stand runs through the winter holiday break. The Jets will enjoy a nine-game stretch at the Janesville Ice Arena from November 30 (Wilderness) to January 5 (Ice Dogs).
A full promotional schedule will be released later this month. Season Tickets are on sale and start at just $5.75/game. Undated ticket vouchers redeemable at any Jets home game will be available at Lions Quick Marts locations starting in August.
