Mercyhealth Arena is located within the Woodman’s Center at 2510 Milton Avenue, Janesville, WI 53545.

Alcoholic beverages are available at five locations throughout Mercyhealth Arena: four smaller stands within the rink and one larger bar in the lobby. Guests must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol.

After each home game, three Jets players will be available for autographs in the lobby at the Hendricks Photo Stage. Please be respectful of players, coaches, and other guests waiting for autographs.

Small purses, diaper bags, belt bags, and medical-device bags are permitted. All bags are subject to inspection by Jets staff to help ensure the safety of every guest.

Janesville Jets games are available to watch through NAHLTV.

Children ages two and younger may attend without a ticket but must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Children ages three and older require a ticket.

All guests under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The Janesville Jets are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, family-oriented, and enjoyable experience for every guest. Jets staff may intervene in response to:

• Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Disruption of the game or unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
• Intoxication or other signs of impairment.
• Guests occupying seats other than their ticketed locations.

If another guest interferes with your enjoyment of the game, please contact a Jets Game Night Staff Member or Security.

Concessions are available in the lobby of Mercyhealth Arena.

Donation requests for charitable fundraisers should be submitted through the Jets donation request page.

Arena doors typically open 60 minutes before game time.

Janesville Jets games are fast-paced and may involve pucks or sticks leaving the ice surface. All guests assume this risk by attending. Please remain alert throughout the game and follow all arena safety instructions.

The Jets front office is located at 18 S. Jackson Street in Janesville, approximately eight minutes from the arena. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

• The Mercyhealth Arena store is open on game days from doors open through the end of the event.
• The front office store is open during regular office hours.
• Online shopping is available 24 hours a day.

All Mercyhealth Arena tickets are digital. Jets Game Night Staff will scan tickets at the entrance. Reentry is permitted, and tickets can be transferred by text message.

The Janesville Jets are members of the North American Hockey League, the only USA Hockey-sanctioned Tier II junior hockey league.

Parking is free at the Woodman’s Center. There are 500 parking spaces directly in front of the facility as part of Uptown Janesville’s 2,100-space parking area. An additional 200 spaces are available off Liberty Lane.

By entering the venue, ticket holders grant the Janesville Jets and the NAHL the unrestricted right and license to use their image, likeness, and/or voice in photography, video, or broadcasts produced in connection with the event, without compensation or further consent.

The following items are prohibited at Mercyhealth Arena:

• Outside food and beverages.
• Weapons of any kind, including weapons carried with a concealed-carry permit.
• Coolers, thermoses, and similar containers.
• Banners or signs that are inappropriate or obstruct another guest’s view.
• Animals other than trained service animals.
• Compressed-air horns.

Guests selected for a ceremonial puck drop should arrive early and notify a Jets Game Night Staff Member upon arrival.

The Ice Arena lobby includes women’s, men’s, and family restrooms, as well as a wellness room.

Tickets for upcoming games can be purchased through the Single Game Tickets page, at the Jets front office on business days, or at Mercyhealth Arena on game days.

Guests, including law-enforcement personnel who are not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into Mercyhealth Arena. The arena does not provide weapon lockers and will not accept weapons at Guest Services or Security.

Weapons include firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial-arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, and similar items. Guests possessing these items will be asked to remove or dispose of them. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected and may be subject to arrest.
