Small purses, diaper bags, belt bags, and medical-device bags are permitted. All bags and belongings are subject to inspection by Jets staff to help ensure the safety of every guest.
Mercyhealth Arena was designed to be universally accessible and comfortable for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible seating is available in five sections, providing 10 accessible seats with companion-seat purchase options.
Protective netting is installed behind both goals but does not wrap around the entire rink. Pucks and sticks may leave the playing surface, so guests should remain alert throughout the game—even when away from their seats.
