Coulee Region falls to Janesville after surprising comeback

Janesville, Wis. – The Janesville Jets climbed out of a two-goal hole to beat the Coulee Region Chill, 4-3.

Janesville never led in the game until netting the game winner. The Jets was down 3-1 after a power play goal by Coulee Region's Richard Zehnal at 8:58 in the second period. Janesville tied things up at 3-3 on a power play goal by Robin Hoglund at 14:42 in the third period. The Jets scored the game winner on the power play at 19:21 in the third period on a goal by Hoglund.

Hoglund had two goals and one assist to lead Janesville.

The Jets put 33 shots on net during the contest, more than the 25.9 they average per game.

Janesville additionally got points from Kyle Patava, who also grabbed one goal and three assists. Janesville also got a goal from Zach Avolio as well. Other players who recorded assists for Janesville were Carson Vance, Adam Winborg, and Bryan Kronberger, who contributed one a piece.

The Chill forced Janesville goalie Logan Halladay to work between the pipes, taking 34 shots.
