In 2008, Bill McCoshen and six others came together as Wisconsin Hockey Partners, LLC, and founded the Janesville Jets. From Day One, Bill has served as the organization’s President and Managing Partner. Bill serves the NAHL on the Executive Committee as Chairman of the Board.

In 2016, Bill was inducted into the Wisconsin Hockey Hall of Fame. His achievements and contributions to the state’s hockey communities include back-to-back state championships (1981 & 1982) as a defenseman for Superior Senior High School, leadership as President of the Southwest (Verona) Hockey Association, founding of the Kohlman Cup Peewee Tournament, and co-founding the Wisconsin Elite Hockey League (WEHL).

Jerad Clark joins the Janesville Jets as the VP of Business Development & Operations.  Working directly with our partners and is heavily involved in the community.  You’ll likely run into him at the next networking event in Janesville, make sure to say hello!

Jerad grew up in the Midwest and found his home in Wisconsin after attending the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where he competed for the University in Wrestling and Baseball.  He now resides with his wife and two young boys near Belleville, WI where he is also the Chamber of Commerce President.  Jerad brings nearly two decades of sales and marketing experience to the with him, perfect timing as the Jets step up into a new state-of-the-art facility in 2025. As the Jets level up, look for Jerad to be leading that charge.

Spencer in his second season with the Jets has moved up from a Social Media, Marketing, and Game Night Operations intern to Director of Marketing, Community Partnerships, and Game Night Operations, and now once again was promoted to Director of Fan and Partner Relations.

He is from Mukwonago, Wisconsin and Graduated from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater achieving a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a Business Administration emphasis. Before working with the Jets, Spencer worked as a Social Media Marketing intern for the Milwaukee Milkmen in Franklin, Wisconsin out of the American Association Baseball League. He has lots of experience is sports operations and communication with teams, players, fans, and community partners.

Ciara is a recent graduate from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater achieving a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with an Electronic Media emphasis. This is her second season with the Jets as she was originally brought in as a Social Media and Game Night Intern but showed excellent creativity in a fast paced environment and earned a full-time role with the Jets. 

Before working with the Jets, Ciara worked for UWW-TV. She was the Supervisor of Network Operations where she managed network programming across two channels, hosted a specialty sports show, and worked replay as a member of the football broadcasting team.
