At the heart of the Janesville Jets program is a commitment to more than just hockey, we’re building the foundation for the next generation of leaders. Our players come to Janesville with dreams of playing college and professional hockey, but they leave with more than a sharpened slap shot, they leave with life skills, discipline, and a sense of purpose.

We invest heavily in player development both on and off the ice. From world-class strength training and video analysis to mentorship, team-building, and community service, our program is designed to shape complete athletes. Jets players volunteer regularly with local organizations, attend school visits, and participate in team-led initiatives that teach responsibility, gratitude, and leadership.
