JANESVILLE, WI – The Janesville Jets unveiled Monday the team’s official jerseys for 2018-19, their 10th anniversary season.
Goaltender Garrett Nieto (L) and forward Brenden MacLaren (R) modeled example prints of the winning design at the Jets’ Main Camp on Saturday.
The team launched a fan vote in late May to decide the uniforms. The winning design, nicknamed “Maverick Two” in the contest, features an updated version of the Jets’ original logo on the home (white) jersey. Specialty logos commemorating the team’s 10th anniversary will be featured on the shoulders.
The Jets will debut their whites at the Janesville Ice Arena on September 14th versus the Kenai River Brown Bears. The blue road jerseys will hit the ice for the first time at the 2018 NAHL Showcase Tournament the following week.
