JANESVILLE, WI — After a big sweep of the Springfield Jr. Blues, the Jets open a three-game, two-opponent long weekend.
Currently behind the Minnesota Magicians in the hunt for the Midwest Division’s fourth and final playoff spot, the Jets need to bank as many points as they can in the season’s final five weekends. Holding a pair of games in hand over the Magicians helps, but only if those translate to points.
After tonight’s game with the Steel, the Jets return home for a pair of out-of-division games against the Central’s Minnesota Wilderness. The Jets swept the Wilderness in Cloquet in late January.
