ADA FRIENDLY: Mercyhealth Arena was designed to be universally accessible and comfortable for fans with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible seating is available online. 

ADDRESS: Mercyhealth Arena is located in the Woodman’s Center – 2510 Milton Avenue, Janesville, WI 53545

ALCOHOL: For those who would like to consume alcoholic beverages, they are available at five different locations throughout Mercyhealth Arena. Four smaller stands within the rink and one larger bar in the lobby. Must be 21 or older to purchase and consume alcohol.

AUTOGRAPHS: After each home game, there will be three players available for autographs. The autograph area is located in the lobby at the Hendricks Photo Stage. Please be respectful to the players and coaches as well as other guests trying to get autographs.

BAG POLICY: Small purses, small diaper bags, belt bags, and medical device bags are allowed. Everything is subject to search by a Jets staff member to ensure the safety of all.

BROADCASTS: All games are available to watch on NAHLTV.

CHILDREN: Children ages two and under may be admitted to Jets games without a ticket but need to sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Children ages three and above require a ticket.

CODE OF CONDUCT: The Janesville Jets organization is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests. Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family-oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the entertainment experience free from the following behaviors:

  • Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
  • Any disruption of the game by a guest’s actions or unauthorized entrance of restricted areas.
  • Intoxication or other signs of impairment.
  • Guests are seated in a location other than their ticketed seat. 

If someone interferes with your enjoyment of a game, please contact a Jets Game Night Staff Member or Security. 

CONCESSIONS: Concessions are available in the lobby of the Mercyhealth Arena.

DONATIONS: All donation requests for charitable fundraisers should be made by filling out to this form here.

DOORS OPEN: Doors typically open 60 minutes prior to game time.

FLYING PUCKS AND STICKS: At the new arena, the netting is only behind both goals. It does not wrap all the way around like it did at JIA. We ask that guests always stay alert, even when out of their seats.

FRONT OFFICE: The Jets front office is located at 18 S. Jackson Street in Janesville, WI. A short 8 minute drive from the rink. We are open Monday-Friday from 9AM-4PM. Our phone number is (608) 752-5387.

GROUP TICKETS: Whether you’re rallying your company, school, team, or just a big crew of friends, Jets games are where the action is. MERCHANDISE: Official Jets merchandise is available at Mercyhealth Arena, our Front Office, and Online. 

  • The Mercyhealth Arena store is open on game days from gates open to gates close
  • The front office store is open during office hours

MOBILE TICKETS: All tickets are digital tickets at Mercyhealth Arena. Jets Game Night Staff will scan tickets at the doors, reentry is allowed. There is a simple text to transfer option. 

PARKING: Parking is free at the Woodman’s Center. There are 500 parking spots right in front of the facility as part of the 2,100 Uptown Janesville parking spots. There’s also 200 additional spots off Liberty Lane.

POCKET SCHEDULES: Jets pocket schedules are available at the ticket windows, merch stands, and various other locations. 

PROHIBITED ITEMS: Food, beverages, weapons of any kind, (even with a concealed weapons permit), containers such as coolers or thermoses, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals, and compressed air horns are all prohibited at Mercyhealth Arena. 

PUCK DROP: Those selected for the ceremonial puck drop are advised to get to the game early and find a Jets Game Night Staff Member to let us know you are here.

RESTROOMS: In the ice arena lobby, there is a women’s, men’s, and family restroom; as well as a wellness room.

TICKETS: Tickets to upcoming games at Mercyhealth Arena can be purchased online here 24/7,  at our front office on business days, and at the doors on game days. 

WEAPONS: Guests, including law enforcement personnel do not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the arena. Mercyhealth Arena does not provide weapon lockers and will not check weapons at Guest Services or Security. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc.… Guests found in the possession of the items listed above will be asked to remove the item from the arena or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the arena and may be subject to arrest.
