On the Tarmac, Ready for Takeoff!
September 1, 2026- The Janesville Jets are back and better than ever. The season is finally kicking off with our home opener on September 11th, 2026. Opening weekend games will be played against the Springfield Jr. Blues, and there is one final game at home against the Fairbanks Ice Dogs. The only away games for September will be played in Blaine, Minnesota for the NAHL Showcase on September 23rd – 26th. Be sure to check in with the Jets social media for any and all updates.

Opening night for the 2026-27 season will be September 11th with puck drop at 7:05 CST, doors open at 6 PM. We are bringing back the autograph table this season after every home game. Whole team autographs will be available for opening night weekend. Be sure to purchase some Jets merch at the tables in the lobby for the boys to sign.
Triumph Together is a nonprofit organization created by a former Jets player, Jack Gates. Triumph Together connects collegiate and professional athletes with kids in hospitals. The organization allows kids to have meet and greets with players, tickets to sporting events, videos of encouragement before big surgeries, and much more.
“Having the support of everyone here from the owners to the fans is awesome. This night alone allows me to have my fundraiser going and gives us support for the entire year.” Jack said.
Not only is it a special night for Jack, but it is also a special night for the kids he brings along. Last year, Jack brought Alfie and Grady, two childhood cancer survivors for the ceremonial puck drop and for the game.
“I think it’s really cool that we get to do the puck drop.” Grady said.
“I think my favorite part of the night was meeting the coach.” Alfie told me.
