In support of the Janesville Jets cancer awareness efforts, the Jets hockey players today visited the Mercy Regional Cancer Center. Here are some photos from the outing. The North American Hockey League (NAHL) today announced the Three Stars of the Week presented by Combat Hockey for the week ending September 18, 2011. The Three Stars of the Week is a weekly feature during the 2011-12 regular season that honors the top performing players each week of the regular season as nominated by their respective teams.

Three teams would finish with a perfect 4-0 record at the NAHL Showcase, but thanks to having the best goal differential, the Janesville Jets were crowned the 2011 Combat Hockey/NAHL Showcase Champions on Saturday night.
